What happens during a Meet & Greet?
It’s a relaxed chance for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your needs, schedules, and how I can best support your independence.
Is there any obligation afterward?
Not at all. The goal is to ensure a great fit. You decide if and when you’d like to move forward with support sessions.
How do I know which support is right for me?
We can start small with companionship or Membership-based transportation support and adjust as we go. My support is fully flexible to match your daily life.

Will I always see Courtney?
Yes. By working directly with me, you receive consistent, personalized care from a familiar face you can truly trust.
How often can visits be scheduled?
Visits are tailored to your needs—whether that is once a week for Membership-based transportation support or daily for a few hours of companionship.
Can support change over time?
Absolutely. Life changes, and so can our schedule. We can easily scale support up or down based on your situation.
For Families
How will I know how my loved one is doing?
I provide clear, meaningful updates after every visit. You will always know how their day went and if anything needs attention.
Can family members receive updates?
Yes. I can coordinate updates with multiple family members so everyone stays connected and informed, regardless of the distance.
Trust & Safety
Do you provide transportation?
Transportation support may be available as part of an active membership and within approved insurance coverage. It is not offered as a standalone service. If transportation is needed, we can discuss it during the complimentary Meet & Greet to make sure it fits safely within the membership plan.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, I am fully insured and maintain a current Vulnerable Sector Check for your total peace of mind and safety.
