How is safety managed during my visits?
Safety stays at the heart of my service. I am fully insured, possess a Vulnerable Sector Check, and keep my First Aid and CPR certifications current. I provide families with regular visit updates and open communication logs, ensuring complete confidence in the security and joy of your loved ones' daily routine.
How are emergencies handled while on-site?
I am prepared to respond immediately by contacting 911 first, followed by a call to your designated family contact. Trained in First Aid and CPR-C, I stay calm and supportive until help arrives. I guarantee that detailed incident reports are shared with my home office and your family that same day.
Is this service right for us?
My care is perfect for independent seniors who could use extra help with chores or local errands. I serve as a trusted local connection for families living at a distance, offering consistent check-ins and heart-centered social interaction for their relatives.
What regions do I currently cover?
I am honored to assist families in Embrun, Russell, and nearby neighborhoods. To maintain my commitment to punctuality and reliability, my service zones are as follows: Within 15 km of Embrun (Included): Embrun, Russell, Limoges, Marionville, Kenmore, St-Albert, Vars, Edwards, Metcalfe, and Casselman. 15 – 25 km: $15 travel fee per visit. 25 – 30 km: $25 travel fee per visit. Beyond 30 km: I am happy to discuss custom arrangements individually. These modest fees help cover the time and travel costs required to reach seniors outside of my central hub.
Is a long-term agreement required?
I provide my companionship without requiring restrictive long-term contracts. I prioritize flexibility, making it easy to adapt as your family needs evolve.
Can I adjust a scheduled visit?
Rescheduling with me is straightforward based on what is available that week. Just send me an email so we can find a better time for our next session together.
Are gift packages available now?
Gifting my companionship is a thoughtful way to support a senior. You can set up a custom package so your relative has access to help with errands or social visits whenever they need it.
