What Is a Meet & Greet?
Finding the right person to welcome into your life should feel easy and relaxed. A Meet & Greet is simply a friendly chance for us to get to know one another in the comfort of your home. It’s an opportunity for me to learn about your routines, hear your concerns, and answer any questions you might have. We’ll talk about what support could look like for you, but most importantly, it’s a time to see if everyone feels comfortable and at ease moving forward. There is absolutely no pressure and no obligation afterward—just a warm conversation to start our journey together.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the Meet & Greet?
A typical Meet & Greet lasts about 30 to 60 minutes. It’s an unhurried time to ensure all your questions are answered and everyone feels comfortable.
Where does it take place?
We usually meet in the home of the person who will be receiving support. This helps me understand their environment and routines, though we can also meet at a local cafe if you prefer.
What if my loved one is unsure?
It’s very natural to have hesitations. The Meet & Greet is entirely non-clinical and friendly—just like a visit from a granddaughter. There is no pressure to decide anything during the visit.
Can family members attend?
Absolutely. In fact, I encourage family members or trusted friends to be present. It ensures everyone feels heard and included in the conversation.
What if we only need temporary support?
That is perfectly fine. Whether you need support for a few weeks while family is away or ongoing companionship, we can discuss a plan that works best for your specific situation.
Is there any obligation afterward?
None at all. The Meet & Greet is a complimentary service to ensure a good fit. Should you decide not to proceed, there are no costs and no hard feelings.
